HELP!!

I need someone to help me get my blog back to what it was. I am not really sure what I did but I think I some how have by brother-in-laws info and I lost all my friends and family. Any new person looking at this blog I do not have children. So if someone knows how to fix this problem feel free to let me know. Thanks!
